So it goes, the Van Demons guys happened to stumble upon Gretel and her work at a recent private function, after she had engaged us to build her new catering van. To say that this woman has creative flair is an understatement. Her cheese and antipasto platters and the way they are presented ooze class.
After years of transporting food in eskies and boxes to her catering events, Gretel now has a beautiful looking catering van from which to present her beautiful looking (and tasting!) food.
