Van Demons is proud of being able to partner with Tassal Salmon to create a food truck that would allow them to take their retail sales outlet mobile and let the people of Tassie further experience their well renowned locally grown salmon while promoting their brand.
The 6 metre long truck body is a full custom build incorporating; a full commercial kitchen, large refrigeration space from which to sell their packaged salmon, custom access stairs for easy access by their customers, and outside BBQ for cooking demonstrations and tasting events.
Van Demons management had the pleasure of flying to Hobart and meeting with the Tassal team that head up their retail sales outlet in Salamanca to discuss their project. They even gave us a tour of the whole salmon processing facility, from hatchery to the smokehouse. Very cool stuff!
